Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! I was in that position once. We've all got to start somewhere.
Our training sessions will be outside and the strength and conditioning work that I'll provide can be done from home. Joining a gym will allow you the use of the treadmill and weights for the strength and conditioning, whichever you feel comfortable with.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
Each session is one hour long. This will include a warm up jog and exercises followed by technique analysis. This will then lead into the main part of the session, finishing off with a cool down.
This is where it begins.
